Returns:
Due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept physical returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Refunds & Replacements:
Once your request is verified, we will offer either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full or partial refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases:

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Used or intentionally damaged product

Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all purchases are final. Once the PDF has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
